- Details you share in our inquiry and consultation forms, such as the villa you are interested in, whether you are interested in a custom or spec home, whether you own or need a lot, your preferred location, how you heard about us, and any message or comments you write.

- Your text-message choices: which SMS consent options you selected, the phone number provided, and the date, time, and page on which you made your selection.
- If you place an order through our online shop, the contact and shipping information needed to process and deliver it.

When you visit the Website, we and our service providers may collect technical information such as your browser and device type, the pages you view, the website that referred you, your approximate location, and, if you arrive from one of our ads, which ad or campaign brought you to the Website. 3. Text Messaging (SMS)
If you choose to receive text messages from us, we may send them for the categories you selected on our forms:
- Marketing and promotional messages, such as information about available luxury residences, custom home design and development services, and consultation opportunities.
- Appointment and service messages, such as replies to your inquiries, consultation appointments, scheduling updates, and related services.
Each option is separate and optional. Both are unchecked by default, you can submit our forms without selecting either one, and consent is not a condition of purchasing any property or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance at any time.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent data will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers solely to deliver messaging services on our behalf.

4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only as follows:

- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Buisier Dev, our clients, or others.
- Business changes, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
As stated above, mobile information and SMS opt-in consent data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
The Website uses Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed most often. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect usage information. We also use Google reCAPTCHA on some forms to help prevent spam. We advertise through Google Ads and may use Google’s measurement and remarketing tools to understand which ads lead to inquiries and to show our ads to people who have visited the Website.
